* Gary Cushing, president of GSMC Inc., a restaurant operator, has received the Ken Cunningham Award from the Camarillo Chamber of Commerce. The award is presented each year to a member of the chamber’s board who has made significant contributions to the group. Cushing was selected by Sherry Cole, outgoing chamber president.

* Jon D. Wiegert, an agent with Prudential Insurance Co. of America in Camarillo, has been named to the Court of the Table, an elite group of the life insurance industry’s Million Dollar Round Table. It’s the seventh time Wiegert has qualified for the court, whose members must produce three times the amount of sales required for Round Table membership.
