Micro General Corp.: The Santa Ana manufacturer of automated shipping and mailing equipment said it lost $327,422, or 17 cents a share, for the second quarter, compared to a loss of $94,281, or 5 cents a share, for the same period in 1994. The company attributed the larger second-quarter loss this year to a decrease in sales and an increase in research and development expenses for new products. Revenue declined 34% to $644,996 from $1 million. Net income for the first six months of the year increased 66% to $292,511, or 15 cents a share, from $175,721, or 9 cents a share, for the 1994 first half. Revenue was flat at $2.8 million.
