2 Mobile-Home Parts Firms Move to Larger Quarters
- Share via
Two related Ventura concerns that serve the mobile-home market have relocated to a larger plant in that city.
The companies are Mobile Home Accessories, a parts supplier, and Miller Awning, its construction arm. Both are owned by Fred Janzen. Mobile Home and Miller moved from Bunsen Avenue to a 4,000-square-foot industrial building on Morse Avenue.
Other office relocations:
Gaviota Maintenance Services Inc. signed a long-term lease for a 5,000-square-foot building on Ventura Avenue in Ventura. The oil-field services concern is moving from another location on the same street.
Norwest Financial, a unit of Norwest Corp., has moved its office on Main Street in Ventura to a building on Eastman Avenue, also in Ventura.
All three leases were negotiated by CB Commercial Real Estate Group in Ventura.
