Netter Digital Plans to Offer Public Stock

Netter Digital Entertainment Inc., a North Hollywood digital production studio, said it has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission to make an initial public offering of 1.1 million shares of common stock at the expected price of $5 per share.
The offering will also include 550,000 redeemable common stock purchase warrants. The price is expected to be 1 cent per warrant.
W.B. McKee Securities Inc. and Joseph Charles & Associates Inc. will be the co-managers of the offering. The offering is planned for November, 1995.
Netter is a creator of movies, television programs and multimedia productions.
