Bishop to Preside Over School Opening

Bishop Norman F. McFarland is scheduled to bless a new Roman Catholic elementary school in a ceremony Wednesday.
McFarland, the bishop of Orange, will be joined at the event by educators and business leaders including Carl Karcher.
The ceremony, which begins at 9 a.m., will mark the opening of Serra Catholic Elementary School on Antonio Parkway.
