Sam Ingram, Active in Real Estate Dealings, Dies in Hawaii at Age 46

DANA POINT — A memorial service will be held tonight for longtime Dana Point resident Sam J. Ingram, who died Saturday morning in Maui, Hawaii. He was 46.
The service will be at 6 p.m. at Heritage Park in Dana Point. Pastor John O. Knudsen of Gloria Dei Lutheran Church of Dana Point will officiate.
A memorial service will also be held in Maui today.
Before moving to Maui two years ago, Ingram was involved in local real estate dealings through his company, Ingram Realty & Investments. He was also active in several local organizations, including the Capistrano Valley Symphony, the Dana Point Chamber of Commerce, the South Orange County Assn. of Realtors and the Dana Point Corkscrews.
Ingram is survived by his wife, Susan, of Maui; two children, Matthew and Meghann, of Buena Park; his mother, Violet, of Laguna Hills; and sisters, Sallie, of Laguna Hills, and Pat, of Yuma, Ariz.
Donations may be made in Ingram’s name to the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund.
