Oxnard Man Shot in Neck; Condition Critical

A 19-year-old Oxnard man was shot Monday afternoon after an argument with two other men, authorities said.
Ramiro Jose Pardo was shot in the neck about 3:20 p.m. in the 1100 block of West Channel Islands Boulevard. He was in critical condition Monday night at St. John’s Regional Medical Center in Oxnard.
Pardo and the two suspects are thought to be involved in gangs, according to Oxnard police.
No suspects had been arrested and an investigation was continuing, police said.
