Smith Micro Software Inc.: The Aliso Viejo personal computer software company, which completed its initial public offering in September, said pro forma net income rose 65% to $1.1 million, or 9 cents a share, from $674,000, or 5 cents a share, for the comparable 1994 period. Revenue increased 70% to $5.1 million from $3 million. For the first three quarters, pro forma net income rose 80% to $2.7 million, or 21 cents a share, from $1.5 million, or 12 cents a share, a year ago. Revenue gained 79% to $13.1 million from $7.3 million.
