Faculty and administrators at Loyola Marymount University will be dressed in full academic regalia today to dedicate the university’s new business school--the Conrad N. Hilton Center for Business.
Barron Hilton, the chairman and chief executive officer of Hilton Hotels Co., donated several million dollars toward the completion of the $21-million building, replete with high-tech telecommunications and computer equipment. University officials will bestow Hilton with an honorary doctor of laws degree during the dedication ceremony.
