Monroe 43, Van Nuys 23--Monroe quarterback Aaron Arnold ran for 211 yards, including touchdowns of 81, 62, 36 and 26 yards, to lead the Vikings (7-1, 4-1) at Van Nuys.
Also contributing to the Viking victory were running back Jason Anderson, who carried 12 times for 122 yards, and running back Vinnie Walker, who had 15 carries for 75 yards, including a five-yard touchdown. Monroe clinched the win despite 162 second-half penalty yards.
Van Nuys (3-5, 2-3) was led by quarterback Robert Williamson, who connected on 11 of 26 passes for 132 yards and three touchdowns.
