Hint for Next Year

Having joined the ranks of “cybertravelers” some months ago, I regularly browse “Electronic Traveler” for timely information. The World Wide Web sites listed in “Finding Fall Leaves Before the Trip” (Aug. 27) helped locate where and when the colors would appear in New England. Unfortunately, finding accommodations in the quaint country inns and best B&Bs; is not quite so easy; key October weekends have been booked solid for months. Readers would be well-advised that now is an ideal time to plan for autumn, 1996, in New England.
