HUNTINGTON BEACH : Meeting Will Cover Plans for Greer Park

Improvements to Greer Park, including replacement of the existing basketball court with a new concrete slab and adding a second court, will be the topic of a public meeting planned for Wednesday.
The park, on McFadden Avenue west of Golden West Street, would also get additional security lights and new playground equipment, trash containers, benches and picnic tables under a proposal being considered by the city.
The meeting will be at 7 p.m. in the City Council chambers, 2000 Main St.
