Kansas Wesleyan will forfeit its victories for two years after a player admitted his application had been falsified to make him appear eligible.
The Coyotes, No. 20 in NAIA Division II, will drop from 7-2 to 0-9 this season. Their 1994 record falls from 7-3 to 0-10.
The player is believed to be quarterback Ty Lohman, a senior who holds career passing records at Kansas Wesleyan for touchdown passes and total yards, radio station KSAL reported.
