WESTMINSTER : Scottish Bagpipers to Play at Cultural Center

Nicholson Pipes & Drums, an award-winning Scottish bagpipe band, will present “Scotland Onstage,” featuring traditional music and dancing, at Westminster’s Cultural Center today. The performance will begin at 8 p.m. at the center, 7571 Westminster Blvd. at Hoover Street. Tickets are $10 for general admission, $6 for seniors and children.
