ARV Assisted Living Inc.: The Costa Mesa operator of assisted living facilities, which completed its initial public offering in October, posted a net loss of $475,000, or 12 cents a share, for the second quarter, ended Sept. 30. The company lost $668,000, or 16 cents a share, a year ago. Revenue rose to $6.5 million from $1.9 million.
