L.A. Brokers Settle Feud: Brokers Fred Sands and Prudential Jon Douglas say they will allow their Westside agents to use the real estate listing service owned by four broker associations. Agents will now be able to use either service. Fred Sands said it was taking too much time to train agents on the new system. “Perhaps the agents were not ready for the technology,” he said.
