Unidentified Man Shot to Death

OXNARD — A young man was fatally shot in Oxnard Tuesday evening, police said.
Homicide detectives with the Oxnard Police Department were investigating the scene in the 600 block of West Hemlock Street late Tuesday. Sgt. Eugene Thayer said police were unable to identify the victim, who died before they arrived.
