UCLA’s Hilbert Has 33 in Victory

Junior guard Nickey Hilbert scored a career-high 33 points to lead the UCLA women past Arizona State, 84-74, in a Pacific 10 game Thursday night at Pauley Pavilion.
Senior center Zrinka Kristich added a career-high 20, and Arizona State’s Emma Witkowski had a career-best of her own with a game-high 35 points.
The Bruins, 8-6 overall and 3-2 in the Pac-10, built a 55-35 lead over the Sun Devils (4-9, 0-4) early in the second half.
