Photo of Children Sets Bad Example

In the Jan. 18 edition on page B3, you published a photograph of two kids on a bicycle who are not wearing helmets. They are violating not only the law that requires helmets but also the law that prohibits doubling-up on bicycles. This kind of photograph sets a wrong example for kids who will be reading the paper.
I have seen kids in our neighborhood riding around without their helmets and have seen what happens in the emergency rooms. I have fallen twice myself with a helmet, so I know well of what I speak.
