A woman took a little girl to the roof of a 22-story office building in Phoenix, where they jumped to their deaths. The woman, who appeared to be in her early 30s, “scammed her way in and said she wanted to show her daughter the city,” Police Sgt. Mike Torres said. The names of the victims and their relationship were not immediately available. Authorities said some identification was found at the scene, and they believe the two are from the Phoenix area. Police were investigating how the woman got to the roof.
