Richey Completes Buy

GARDEN GROVE — Richey Electronics, Inc. said Tuesday that it has completed its acquisition of privately held MS Electronics Inc. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

MS Electronics, which is based in Gaithersburg, Md., had sales of about $11 million in 1995.

Both companies distribute a variety of electronic components.
