Manuel Rosales Jr., 21, pleaded not guilty Tuesday to one count of murder and five counts of attempted murder in last September’s “wrong turn” shooting that left 3-year-old Stephanie Kuhen dead and two others, including the girl’s 2-year-old brother, wounded. Their car was ambushed as they accidentally pulled into a dead-end street in Cypress Park.
Rosales was arrested Sept. 27, but was released days later. Police arrested Rosales again Friday without incident, making him the last of the principal suspects in the murder, police said.
Rosales’ bail was set at $3.5 million.
Also charged in the shooting are Augustin Lizama, Hugo David Gomez, Marvin Pech, Marcos Antonio Luna and Anthony Gabriel Rodriguez, police said.
