Electronic Mortgage Names New Production Manager

* Brian Penderghast has joined Electronic Mortgage Banc Ltd. in Costa Mesa as production manager. He was formerly a senior loan officer and marketing manager for Financial Services Mortgage. In addition, Daniel Perez was appointed account executive for Electronic Mortgage, a subsidiary of Pacific International Inc. Before joining the company, he was a sales associate for Re/Max Golden Home.

* Linda F. Marcus has joined the Irvine office of Creamer Dickson Basford, a public relations firm, as a senior account supervisor. She was formerly at KVB/Analect, an industrial and environmental monitoring company, where she was responsible for public relations, collateral and other marketing communications functions.

* Peter Rank has been elected chairman of the board for the Medical Quality Commission, a nonprofit organization in Seal Beach. Rank is a founding partner of the Los Angeles law firm of Konowiecki & Rank, which provides legal services to medical group practices, physicians, HMOs and other health-care organizations. From 1983 to 1985, he was the director of the California Department of Health Services.
