. . . The Balboa Fun Zone in Newport Beach opened with a new 41-foot Ferris wheel after a two-year, $2.5-million renovation.
“It goes a little pretty fast,” said an enthusiastic 7-year-old Sarah Moyer.
“The top is kind of freaky,” she declared, “but it’s fun.”
