Former Disney Exec Named Hilton CFO: Matthew Hart, the Beverly Hills-based hotel chain’s new executive vice president and chief financial officer, was most recently senior vice president and treasurer at Walt Disney Co., where new Hilton Hotels Corp. President and Chief Executive Stephen Bollenbach worked until February. Hart, 44, replaces acting Chief Financial Officer Steve Krithis, who is retiring. Bollenbach was chief financial officer at Disney for less than a year; Hart joined the firm in 1995 from Host Marriott Corp., where Bollenbach had also worked. A Hilton spokesman declined to say whether he would lure other people from Disney.
