Henningsen, from Santa Margarita High, had her best performance of the season for the Gauchos at the Orange Empire Conference championships over the weekend. She won three events and was part of one winning and three second-place relay teams. She was first in the 100-yard backstroke in a Saddleback-record 1:00.00. She also won the 50 backstroke (29.12) and the 100 individual medley (1:03.47). She swam the opening leg of the 200 medley relay team, which won in 1:54.59.
