KENTUCKY : Tornadoes Destroy Homes, Cut Power

Tornadoes destroyed about 600 homes near Louisville, and knocked out power for thousands. No deaths were reported. Louisville hospitals reported treating five people, including a man whose ribs were broken when the storm struck his mobile home. Businesses south of the city also suffered heavy damage.
