Parts of Lemon Street and Berkeley Avenue will be closed to motorists July 4 for the city’s seventh annual Community Fireworks Show.
The Independence Day exhibition will be at Fullerton Union High School’s stadium from 4:30 to 9:30 p.m. The streets will be blocked off from 3:30 to 10 p.m., city officials said.
Driving will be prohibited on Lemon between Chapman Avenue and Valley View Drive and on Berkeley between Chapman and Harbor Boulevard.
Parking will be prohibited on Berkeley but will be free at the Plummer and Wilshire parking structures and at the Municipal Court.
The event, sponsored by the city and the Fullerton Rotary Club, will also include international food booths, live music and other entertainment, including a hypnotist and a water balloon toss.
Admission will be $3 for adults and $2 for children under 12.
