La Leche League International--celebrating its 40th anniversary--plans to hold its Western Division Conference at the Anaheim Hilton and Towers in August. JULY 4
* Fred Sands Realtors and the Riviera Country Club will sponsor the 19th Annual Palisades-Will Rogers 5 / 10K Run to benefit the Optimists Club youth charities. The run starts at 8:15 a.m. at the Pacific Palisades Recreation Center. Afterward there will be a Kids’ Fun Run. Early registration deadline is June 27 with a fee of $15 including a commemorative T-shirt or $10 without.
