Radio station KKBT-FM (92.3) is hosting its third annual Summer Jam charity concert Aug. 11 at Irvine Meadows Amphitheatre with an all-day bill including Ice Cube, LL Cool J, Bone Thugs-n-Harmony, Montell Jordan, MC Lyte, Immature, Tony Rich and Monifah. The station will announce information about ticket sales and giveaways soon. The evening benefits the Minority AIDS Project, AVANCE Human Services, Camp Laurel, Challengers Boys & Girls Club and South Central Youth & Community Services. . . . Cheap Trick is set for three area shows: Aug. 29 at the Ventura Theatre, Aug. 30 at the Galaxy Theatre in Santa Ana and Sept. 4 at the House of Blues. . . . Also added for the Galaxy is a July 30 show by the Texas Tornados.
