MotorVac Technologies Inc.: The Santa Ana maker of a fuel system cleaning system said its net loss for the second quarter narrowed to $254,643, or 5 cents a share, from $635,949 a year ago. Sales were up 80% to $1.8 million from $1 million. For the first half, the company reported a net loss of $552,086, compared with a net loss of $1.6 million for the comparable period of 1995. Sales increased 60% to $3.2 million from $2 million.
