* H.R. Textron Inc. of Valencia won a $1.3-million contract from the Navy in Philadelphia for unspecified, miscellaneous products.
* Orbas & Associates of Ventura won a $1.07-million contract from Vandenberg Air Force Base to repair a missile research facility building.
* Sergent’s Mechanical Systems Inc. of Oxnard won a $1.06-million contract from the Point Mugu Naval Air Weapons Station to repair barracks. Sergent’s also won a $975,500 contract from the Engineering Field Activity in San Bruno for architectural-engineering services for the Point Mugu base.

* C.K. Technologies Inc. of Newbury Park won a $176,800 contract from the Director of Contracting in Chambersburg, Pa., for a wire analyzer system.
* Waltom Construction Inc. of Ventura won a $167,550 contract from the Naval Air Weapons Station in Point Mugu for building alterations.
* Teledyne Camera Systems of Northridge won a $134,180 contract from the Navy in Philadelphia for television cameras.
* PSI Bearing of Simi Valley won a $126,000 contract from the Defense General Supply Center in Richmond, Va., for support rod assemblies.
