Russell Hunter; Wrote Scripts on Paranormal Encounters

Russell Hunter, 67, who penned musical and film scripts about his purportedly haunted house. Hunter’s paranormal encounters inspired the 1979 Canadian film “The Changeling” and the musical “Little Boy Blue.” Hunter’s other musical scripts included “Wheel of Fortune,” about the inventor of the Ferris wheel, and “Winner Take All,” about the 19th century feminist Victoria Clafin. Hunter spent several years as a musical arranger for CBS and later performed in St. Louis nightclubs. On Sunday in Denver.
