Fall Carnival Fun to Begin Thursday

The fourth annual Fall Carnival kicks off Thursday and continues through Labor Day weekend with 20 amusement park rides.
Sponsored by the San Clemente Lions Club and the city Parks and Recreation Department, rides cost 75 cents each, or $12 for a book of 20 tickets.
Proceeds help benefit city parks and recreation programs as well as local charities. The carnival will be on Avenida Pico at Interstate 5, on Marblehead coastal property. Information: (714) 361-8264.
