Mother Teresa Faces New Health Woes

Nobel peace laureate Mother Teresa, in intensive care with heart problems, has developed a chest complication, her doctors said. “We have found some dark patches in her chest in the X-ray,” Dr S. K. Sen, medical director of Calcutta’s Woodlands Nursing Home, told reporters. The 86-year-old Roman Catholic nun reportedly is also suffering from pneumonia. She is being treated in the hospital’s intensive care ward, where she was admitted last month.
