Prosoft Stock Sale Raises $7 Million

BUENA PARK — Prosoft Development Inc. completed the private placement of 727,000 restricted shares for $7,270,000. The company said the cash infusion allows it to expand its Internet/Intranet Training Centers and to focus on the development and marketing of training content.
