This fountain without falls seems to bubble up out of nowhere--the water rises, thunders, then vanishes. The cool, misting fountain, with its myriad of jets spewing water up to 15 feet, is arranged in four quadrants around the Jacques Lipchitz sculpture “Peace on Earth.”
