New York Jet wide receiver Jeff Graham had arthroscopic surgery to remove cartilage from his right knee and will be sidelined three to four weeks. The Jets activated quarterback John Paci because Neil O’Donnell will sit out four to six weeks because of a separated right shoulder. . . . Cadrez’s facemask cut Humphries’ chin, causing blood to run down the quarterback’s jersey. “The only reason they made a big deal about it was it was on national TV,” Cadrez said. “When a quarterback is bleeding on national TV, you’re going to get fined.” . . . Bill Johnson, who last Saturday was charged with disorderly conduct and public drunkenness after allegedly trying to hit a police office, is scheduled to start at defensive end for Pittsburgh Sunday against Cincinnati. Johnson on Tuesday faces a preliminary hearing on the charges.
