Celebrity-Designed Bears Up for Auction

Celebrities including Elizabeth Taylor, Clint Eastwood, Mel Gibson, Jim Carrey, Oprah Winfrey and Kevin Costner have designed special signed teddy bears to be auctioned off Saturday in a benefit for the Hillsides Home for Children, a nonprofit residential treatment facility for young victims of physical, emotional or sexual abuse.

The event will be at the Warner Bros. Studio back lot. A cocktail party and preview of the bears begins at 4 p.m., with the auction scheduled to start at 5:30 p.m.
