Urohealth Offers Stock

NEWPORT BEACH — Urohealth Systems Inc. said Wednesday that it has begun offering 2.5 million shares of common stock to the public at a price of $8 per share. Proceeds from the sale will be used to reduce debt and for general corporate purposes. Urohealth manufactures and markets urological and gynecological medical devices.
