The Bulls’ Dennis Rodman received a flagrant foul for tackling Clipper guard Brent Barry with 1:41 remaining.
“I just spun and saw a flash of rainbow hair and a 91 and hit the ground,” Barry said. “I don’t know how flagrant it was, there was just a lot of contact, but any time Dennis does something like that, the refs have a tendency to watch a little closer.”

Former Clipper guard Ron Harper, bothered by a dislocated left middle finger, missed the game because of flu.
“I needed a day off so my finger could heal anyway,” said Harper.
Harper was impressed with the Clippers
“I was very surprised,” Harper said. “They came out and played a hell of a game. The guys came out and played hard. Coach [Fitch] is doing a hell of a job.”

Clipper guard Malik Sealy missed his second consecutive game because of a sprained right ankle. Sealy, who grew up in New York and attended St. John’s, hopes to play against the Knicks Saturday night at Madison Square Garden.
