Four people were arrested during a drug raid on a house in Port Hueneme, in a coordinated effort by narcotics agents from the Port Hueneme and Oxnard police departments and the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department, officials said Friday.
Officers converged on a house in the 1900 block of North 7th Place in Port Hueneme early Thursday morning, armed with a warrant sought by investigators who tabbed the home as a possible location of drug activity, police said.
Twelve people were living inside the home, including infant children, according to police.
Investigators seized an undisclosed amount of marijuana packaged for sale, and arrested Erica Gray, 19, of Port Hueneme on suspicion of possessing marijuana for sale and for running a house used for drug activity.
Three others arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance were: Marilyn Ward, 41, and Gregory Porter, 31, both of Port Hueneme, and a 41-year-old man who identified himself as Bobby Stanley, although officers have not confirmed his identity.
