When No. 17 Louisiana State (9-2) faces Clemson (7-4) at Atlanta tonight, the team that gets its running game going is expected to win.
“The way I see it, you take care of the things you’re supposed to take care of, and everything else will take care of itself,” said Raymond Priester, who went from a fourth-stringer out of high school to one of the best runners in Clemson history the past three seasons.
Kevin Faulk, LSU’s sophomore All-American, ran for 1,282 yards and 13 touchdowns.
