Are you thinking about buying a first home? Or maybe moving up to the home you’ve always wanted? Then you’ve probably got lots of questions about the complex Southland housing market.
Well, scribble them down and ask the experts this Saturday at the Times eighth annual Home Buyers Fair.
The highlight of the all-day fair will be two question-and-answer workshops with panels of experts. The morning session will focus on house hunting and home buying; the afternoon panel, on credit and finding the right mortgage.
Using the Internet in your house hunt will be the focus of a noon seminar presented by Inman News Features and The Times.
In addition, more than 40 exhibitors, including lenders, real estate brokers, representatives from HUD, the IRS, the VA, Department of Real Estate and Consumer Credit Counseling Service will be on hand to answer your questions at their booths.
