Youngsters Break In Their Funny Bones

Sidesplitting sixth-graders and silly seventh-graders will strut their comedic stuff Thursday at the Colina Comedy Club.
During the middle school’s comedy night--modeled after Los Angeles’ Improv and Comedy Store clubs--students will perform original skits and their favorite scenes from “Seinfeld.”
The event helps build the middle-school students’ self-confidence, said parent and director Peggy Albrecht.
The performance will take place between 7 and 9:30 p.m. in the Colina Middle School auditorium in Thousand Oaks. For tickets, on sale at $4 each, call Sharon Agase at 494-1282.
