* The story “424 Fail Drug Exams in Mexican Law Enforcement” (March 19) makes me wonder how many in the U.S. Congress could pass. Can anyone believe that laundered drug money doesn’t swell the campaign coffers of those who oppose consideration of any change in drug laws?
