Longtime Placentia resident David E. Ramos has been appointed to the Planning Commission.
Ramos succeeds Allen Kidd, who recently resigned from the seven-member panel. Ramos will serve the rest of the term, which expires on July 1, 1998.
Ramos, 67, said that now that he is retired, he wants to contribute to the community the knowledge he has gained from his 25 years in the real estate industry: “We have a well-planned city, and I want to make sure it’s maintained.”
