Quality Systems Completes Acquisition

TUSTIN — Quality Systems Inc. said Thursday it has completed its acquisition of MicroMed Healthcare Systems Inc., a privately held company based in Atlanta, for up to $10.8 million.
Tustin-based Quality Systems, which develops and provides computer-based management systems for medical and dental groups, said it will form a new unit from the assets of MicroMed, which provides practice-management systems and services.
