Seminar to Offer Tips for Contract Bidders

Information on the procedure for bidding on city contracts will be the topic of a seminar Thursday sponsored by Leadership Anaheim, a nonprofit community organization.

Speakers will discuss how small businesses serving Anaheim can “get a piece of the action” and profit from “accessing the system,” organizers said.

Cost is $10 to attend the session, scheduled for 8:30 a.m. to noon at the Anaheim Marriott, 700 W. Convention Way.

The program is being offered in conjunction with Anaheim Chamber of Commerce efforts to help businesses understand the process and benefit from the city’s projected growth.
