Costa Mesa’s Schwartz Wins Scratch Main

COSTA MESA — Bobby Schwartz of Costa Mesa won the four-lap scratch main event in the U.S. National Championship Qualifier in the weekly speedway motorcycle racing program in front of 5,817 Saturday night at the Orange County Fairgrounds.
John Aden of Apple Valley finished second.
Steve Morrow and Craig Chapman of Huntington Beach won the four-lap sidecar main event.
